With each wedding package our Venue Coordinator's services are included. These services are:

Connect with you prior to your event by sending a planning questionnaire and scheduling a phone call to better understand your plans, priorities, and vision for the day.

Arrange any venue visits for you if you want to visit prior to your event.

Review your event timeline.

Work with you on the barn floor plan and get the floor plan setup prior to your arrival.

Serve as primary point of contact for you and vendors prior to your event.

Maintain venue equipment and report and coordinate repairs as needed.

Check restroom facilities day-of and make sure the facilities are stocked and clean.

Check in with all vendors as they arrive and set-up.
